College Football Play via Paul Stone

Boston College +3 over NC State – The Boston College Eagles enter Saturday’s home contest against the North Carolina State Wolfpack on a three-game winning streak, with all coming as a betting underdog. In fact, Boston College, which is coming off a bye, outperformed the line in those three wins (Louisville, Virginia and Florida State) by a whopping total of exactly 100 points. The Eagles, who have covered six straight contests, are doing much of their damage behind the improving play of redshirt freshman quarterback Anthony Brown and physical running of true freshman tailback A.J.Dillon (843 yards).

NC State, meanwhile, enters off a pair of emotional losses at the hands of Notre Dame (35-14) and Clemson (38-31).
At some point, one would expect the line maker to catch up to Boston College’s recent form.

There is still value this week, however, in my opinion.

Take Boston College and the 3 points.
