BAYLOR -20.5 over Texas  After injuries to front liners Seth Russell and Jarrett Stidham, Baylor is down to its third-string quarterback Chris Johnson who expected to spend most of this season flashing signals and wearing a baseball cap on the sidelines.
Against Texas, however, it may not matter.
The Longhorns have not been very good at any point this season outside of the Oklahoma game and now have a lengthy injury list affecting both sides of the ball.
Texas’ ineptitude has been at its peak on the road where the Longhorns have failed to cover all four of their games on the opponents’ home field, falling short of the pointspread by an average of 23 points in those contests.
To cap it off, Baylor head coach Art Briles will take no prisoners against the mammoth state school that still considers the Bears to be ‘baby brother’ despite the shifting pecking order of the Big XII.
Lay the 20.5 points and take Baylor.
