This past NFL Sunday saw some wild finishes that provided a roller coaster ride for sports bettors and Vegas sports book operators alike. The Jaguars (-15 vs Texans) and the Chargers (+7.5 vs Broncos) covering as underdogs provided some relief to Vegas sports books as the darlings of the betting public: The Packers and the Patriots covered the spread with varying degrees of difficulty on Sunday.
This leads us into Thanksgiving weekend, and most notably, Thursday where three NFL favorites will all be taking heavy action on Turkey Day. The Thanksgiving Day lines are as follows:
Houston -3 @ Detroit
Dallas -3.5 vs Washington
New England -5.5 @ NY Jets
The fact that all of these spreads are under a touchdown means little as the favorites in these games should all be hit pretty hard and the resulting three team parlays at 6-1 odds could create some problems for Vegas. Out of the three current favorites, expect The Patriots to get the most action leading up to kickoff clicking the spread up to around -6.5 at kickoff.

- NY Jets are 2-11 ATS in their last 13 games at home vs. Patriots
- Cowboys are 0-5 ATS in their last 5 games vs. Washington
- Lions are 1-9 ATS in their last 10 games on Thanksgiving
