All signs point to SF Giants SP Logan Webb building on his quality start last week vs Seattle. This will be a back-to-back home start by Webb who should handle a rockies line up that has been struggling mightily vs right handed pitchers lately. Webb also carries a 2.35 ERA at home. Rockies starter Kyle Freeland is winless (losses and no-decisions) in his last 10 starts and there’s nothing in his recent underlying numbers that would indicate that the streak would end today. The wind will be blowing out at Oracle Park this afternoon, so having an extreme ground ball pitcher like Webb on your side today is the ticket.
