Warren Buffet Cashes on a Las Vegas Sports Book Bet
Warren Buffet was visiting Las Vegas this past weekend to take in the Floyd Mayweather boxing match. While hanging out at the MGM before fight time, Buffet hit the sports book and placed a $550 wager on Nebraska to cover 12.5 points vs. Fresno State. The Cornhuskers covered the spread with ease.
A big Cornhusker fan (Buffet set up an endowment to pay for Nebraska football assistant coaches), the “Oracle of Omaha” looks to have the golden touch when it comes sports betting too.
I’m curious if he made a bet on Nebraska to win the NCAA Football National Championship as well? The Cornhuskers are currently listed at 75-1 to pull that off.
