World Cup in Las Vegas
For those that can’t make it to the FIFA World Cup in Brazil, catching the World Cup in Las Vegas might be the next best thing as soccer fans from all over the country and world will be hitting sports books and bars in town to catch the games.
June and July is usually “quiet-time” in Las Vegas sports book land as major league baseball and horse racing are the mainstays on the jumbo screens and LED boards during the summer months. This year more than ever however, Las Vegas is looking to take advantage of this quiet-time by catering to soccer enthusiasts from both the betting and party angles. As the FIFA World Cup continues to gain popularity in the United States, Las Vegas is getting ready for domestic and foreign visitors alike who will be in town during the “most watched sporting event in the world.”
There are World Cup odds and propositions posted at just about all sports books around town. William Hill operated sports books, which are mainly found downtown and off-strip as well as the LVH will usually have your best odds. Resorts around the city are hosting a myriad of World Cup Soccer events both in their sports books and other areas of the casino.
World Cup Parties in Las Vegas
